Sing for a Sunday Rehearsal Tonight! Everyone is invited to join the choir for a Sunday! We will meet for one rehearsal tonight, Wednesday, June 17, from 6 to 6:30 p.m. and sing for 8:30 worship on Sunday, June 21. The song can be easily learned by listening and all are welcome!

Walk With Us on June 20: We invite you to walk either one mile or three miles as an assembled group starting at Ascension at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, in solidarity with people who are displaced, detained, and deported. Sign-up online or in-person on Sunday. If walking isn’t possible for you, engage in another intentional act of solidarity: donate, pray, learn, or share. Your steps are a reminder that although we walk by choice, many walk to survive.

Tanzania Trip Fundraiser: Fly away with us! You may not be able to make the trip to Tanzania this summer, but you can help the travelers who will be representing Ascension as they visit our partner congregations. Stop by the table with the BIG map to see how you can help. Please contact Sarah Aparicio with questions.

Food Donations: Please consider adding just a few things each week to your grocery list to help feed families and children during these summer months, when demand is higher than usual. We have not had enough to take donations to the Food Pantry for several weeks and the Blessing Box has been nearly empty many weeks.
