JOLT: JOLT will meet tomorrow, Thursday, May 9, at 6 p.m. to wrap-up the year and celebrate with pizza.

CRASH: CRASH will meet on Sunday, May 19, at 6 p.m.

Young at Heart: Young at Heart will meet Wednesday, May 15, for a potluck lunch and fellowship. Bring a dish to pass if you’re able.

Senior Toweling: We will celebrate our graduating seniors on Sunday, June 2, at both services with their senior toweling. Please send a picture of your graduating senior and their plans following graduation to Tamie Greenwood and/or Amy Gilgenbach.

“Out of Sorts” Book Study: Want to gather with other Ascension adults to read, learn, question and share? Join Teri Quam and others Mondays at 6:30 p.m. starting May 13. The book is Out of Sorts: Making Peace with an Evolving Faith by Sarah Bessey. It can be purchased through Amazon or Half-Price Books. In “Out of Sorts,” Sarah Bessey helps us grapple with core Christian issues using a mixture of beautiful storytelling and Biblical teaching. Sign-up online or contact Teri Quam with questions.

Partnership Dinner & Auction: Buy your tickets this weekend for the El Salvador Partnership Dinner & Auction on Saturday, May 18. Sign-up online to donate to the auction or to volunteer.

Handbell Concert: The Ringing Badgers Handbell Ensemble will present a concert at Ascension on Saturday, June 1, at 3 p.m. The Ringing Badgers is an auditioned community based handbell choir from the Madison area. Admission is free; a free will offering will be collected. A reception will follow. Please join us for an afternoon of joyful music sure to fill your heart with the warmth and sunshine of the season!

New and Improved Blessing Box and Little Free Library! Thanks to an Eagle Scout, we have new boxes being installed this week that are insulated, waterproof, handicapped-accessible, and twice as large. Please continue to help us keep the boxes full and organized.

Mustard Seed Ministry: Did you find a ministry to get involved with at the Ministry Fair? Did you sign-up for something and have forgotten all about it in the busy spring days? If you don’t nurture your mustard seed, it won’t grow. If it doesn’t grow, you won’t see the blessings your mustard seed can be to others and to yourself.
